You see tanks where people just can't keep their hands out of them and the plants look healthy and grow like crazy. When I started in the hobby, they preached that your weren't supposed to disturb things...especially plants. You wanted them to settle in and the roots grow and take in nutrients. How much do you guys "play around" with your tanks ? How harmful is it to move substrate rooted plants around frequently.
