Does any one else think that they are bad azz fish? I am hoping to get one if I can find some space for a 550 gallon tank so in other words I will never get one

The silver arowana is a freakin cool critter man , it lives for 50 plus yrs and is very human interactive to the point of coming to the surface for attention ( petting) and hand feeding !!!!
Sounds like one of my guppys on steroids .
But seriously they are awsome . I would love to have a few if i ever get off my butt and do the pond thing llike my wife keeps asking for , wich I want one to dont ge me wrong just I can do so much more with the cash it would take for the mini track hoe and the tile . So many big tanks for the house lol .
The arrowana look alot like the snake head to me what about you ? well a lot bigger but still .

Its more about us maybe selling and moveing more than finances really . I was or am a licensed contractor before I started at the mill running cranes , so the work is easy to me and I got the know how so to speak so its cheap as far as labor lol. An your right I have a freind Mike P that does dirt work that would let me use a mini hoe for a weekend if I asked .
I want to make sure we are settled down and where we are gonna be for the rest of our lives before we do any additions like that you know ..It gives me time to play with ideas to though , I will try to get a hand on a scanner and send you some designs I have drafted for my fish room and vavarium & fish pond . I want my pond to go inside as well though , I am thinking that it would be cool to have a small over hang in the fish room where the pond comes in . But thats a major build for me as i know i will not find that already waiting for me lol

Put a window in your fish room and run a price of plexiglass so you can see inside the pond... is your fishroom in the basement or a seperate room? I was thinking about adding a shed and running the power to the house

In the house , me and my wife sleep in the den always have lol dont know why we have a bedroom just always seem to wake up on the big cumfy couch together , so we've transformed the bedroom into a tank storage or fish room lol .
I was thinking of getting one of those pre fab sheds with taxes for a breeding room for grow out tanks and spawning tanks but thanks to obama I am getting squat back now ...I was getting 8,500 2 months ago and now Im getting less than 5 ,000 go figure . My accountent didnt even list any deductions though shes always been so good and this year she absoulutly sucked . Any of y'all got suggestions for tax prep ? I have used H&R forever but not anymore .
And about the plexi idea , I love that Dan thanks great idea !!
