Well I got him !!! We named him hammy my wife said his face looks like a hamster so she came up with that lol I dont cair I am just wow at the fish finally haveing the fish !! It is just as awsome an amazing as I had dreamt it would be too man y'all got to get one they are so cool , maybe the coolest fish I have ever had not saying for sure yet cause I have had a few fish but its definatly a top 3 maybe 1 lol just amazing . A little research found me that they arent raised on farms either if you get one they came from the wild ! that would explain the cost lol but its cool its worth every penny trust me very cool fish . it swims upside down sideways any way it wants to just as fast and good as upright .

That sounds so cool. You think the cherry barbs will be history ? It's going to be a Moby Dick among dolphins.

Crap Frank I didnt even think about them ... thats still a ways off though . ( Hes a baby ) . but you raise a good point . I have been playing with the idea of removeing the barbs and rasbora from the tank and replaceing them with 2 schools of tetras. But still indecided as to if its gonna happen or not or if its a good idea , I think it is as the tetras are from the same region ( same river even ) as the other tank inhabitants . I was thinking runny nose tetra and another ....but I honestly cant decide on, I like the congo but they are an african tetra . I dont guess it would matter . But tryin to keep it natural and eco I could add a good size schoal of neons ,they would be food for alot of the tank mates .

Maybe some black widow tetras. They aren't colorful but, they have an interesting shape. Do the "runny" nose tetras have green snouts ?
